3. Return Process

If you need to initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Package the item securely with all original contents.

  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

  • If a restocking fee applies (typically 10–15% for electronics), it will be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same product if:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product does not match the description on our website

To exchange an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges for a different product, size, or color are subject to availability and may require an additional payment or price adjustment.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

Orders marked as “shipped” or “in transit” cannot be canceled.
