We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely with all original contents.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
